2024 Kill Thread

3 arrows, 3 deer. Today the old Mathews brought home a few more from East Tennessee public land, all shot out of the same tree at the end of a 1.15 mile hike from the truck.

(No, that instant lights-out shot was not intentional. She ducked and spun right into the arrow and dropped like a stone.)

I've finally got the deer and my treestand all back out of the woods, and I am BEAT. But I still love hunting the end of the rut!
