Leaves sure have changed a lot the last week. Good luck to all the juvi hunters this morning! The juvi hunts were always some fun times for me.

First sit of the year, have my 13 year old son out. Have so far only seen a couple raccoons and a hen in the wheat. Been quiet, only heard one far off shot right at legal light.

Wowzer !! Used to hunt there all the time....access got to where you just about had to access by boat . Unless you wanted to hunt by a bunch of people. My biggest buck came from some private close to the refuge .
