I use 140 partition and 140 Barnes. My wife and daughter use 120 Barnes. No issues with either

There are reasons the Barnes triple shock is lauded by hunters of beast and man alike… TSX is a killer bullet.

I use the Hornady whitetail 139. It and the rifle shoot way better than I can.

They seem to be plentiful and reasonable in price.

I don't like the ballistic tip. It works great as for killing a deer, but it jellifies the insides. Makes a complete mess to the point of ruining the heart if you get near it. Disintegrating it if you hit it. I prefer a soft nose lead core. I Remington Corelocks mostly, or Honady Whitetails.

Hornady ELDX or Barnes are my personal favorites in my 708. Accubonds are my overall favorite but cant afford those anymore after all the price hikes

I killed a bunch of deer with my 7mm-08 shooting Federal Fusions. They don't go far.

Thats my objective every time i squeeze the trigger, is to blow up the heart
