I was going to say pretty much the exact same thing. I've aged a ton of jawbones and I don't ever remember seeing teeth with so much black on them. I first thought it was dried up blood or something until I looked at all the photos. Geez. I'd still 4.5+Hard to know, I'd only "guess" 3.5+. Left side suggests 5.5+, but suspect it displays atypical excessive wear due to abnormal right side. I killed a buck few years back that had similar jawbones.
I had him pinned between 3.5 to 4.5 based on trail camera data. Was one of those hard to tell tweeners but based on his teeth and possible nutrition issues from that it could be why. Thought it was crazy the amount of bone loss around those back teeth. Glad I took him out.Hard to know, I'd only "guess" 3.5+.
