Hard to know, I'd only "guess" 3.5+. Left side suggests 5.5+, but suspect it displays atypical excessive wear due to abnormal right side. I killed a buck few years back that had similar jawbones.
I was going to say pretty much the exact same thing. I've aged a ton of jawbones and I don't ever remember seeing teeth with so much black on them. I first thought it was dried up blood or something until I looked at all the photos. Geez. I'd still 4.5+

I had him pinned between 3.5 to 4.5 based on trail camera data. Was one of those hard to tell tweeners but based on his teeth and possible nutrition issues from that it could be why. Thought it was crazy the amount of bone loss around those back teeth. Glad I took him out.

Top teeth were black as well on that side.
 
Wonder what caused the deformity in that right side, maybe got shot in the mouth or injury from a fight. Weird the way it grew around and away from the abscess, whatever caused it. I'd guess 4.5 based on the wear, but I am not great at aging jawbones.
