Thank you.. your opinion was extremely helpful..IMO. It's an air gun not an air bow. It doesn't have limbs or anything close to being a bow. I hope they are never allowed during archery season.
hopefully this helps more than an opinion. cheers.Airbow Legal States 2024

Actually compound bows started the decline!!Reckon they will ruin bow season the rest of the way, we all know xbows started the decline . reckon it has a split personality, identifies as an air rifle and an archery item lol. I see nothing wrong with it other than folks hatred of guns and or more folks afield during the bow season. I say set season set limits use what weapon you want, see how many proclaimed bow hunters pu a bow then. a lot only want less competition in the woods. I suspect snobbery isn't restricted to fly fishing

Mine is still aired up to 2700 psi from last season..8 years ago when these first came out from Benjamin I shot one of these at the archery trade show and I got to tell you I was highly impressed with the power and accuracy of these. They would not allow you to shoot at the same spot on the target because you would literally robin hood every arrow it was that insanely accurate. You were allowed to shoot it 3 times at 3 dots on the target and I hit dead center all three times on the dot. Full Shaft arrows instead of short Bolts. Whats not to love? I would buy one in a heartbeat and hunt with it all season if they approve it. The heck with a bunch of people with their nose up in the air about tradition. I would love it.
They said that the onboard canister was good for 8 full power shots and would hold full power for a full season. I would assume that to mean something like 4 to 6 weeks. So you could literally keep it charged at the beginning of Archery season and check on it sometime around mid muzzleloader season and you're probably good to go through the rest of the season on full power. I would certainly like to play with that after getting one to see if that theory is correct.
