American made Target or Competition Bolt Action .22LR Rifle??

They don't need to be current models; they can be old stuff. What are your recommendations based on the following…

These are non-negotiable requirements
America made here by an American Company
Target or Competition Rifle (There is no standard for that, but that's what I'll call it)
Bolt Action (Required)
.22LR (Required, no interest in any other caliber)
Magazine fed (Required, not really interested in single shots or tube fed)
Sub $1K (Most of what I see I'm interested in is in the sub $600 range.)

These are options I'd like but aren't necessarily required.
Wood stock (I might be interested if it's a synthetic stock, but I doubt it)
Heavy Barrel (I'd like a heavy barrel, but a regular barrel isn't a deal breaker)
Threaded (I don't own any suppressors but if they are ever removed from NFA I might play with them, so not really required)
 
I have the synthetic stock as the wood stock was not being made yet. It's a pretty good shooter but doesn't come near the CZ's and other competition high dollar guns. I'm wanting the wood stock model now.

I believe those are made in Portugal.
