You can get a Bohning dial fletching jig for $35 or so

Ebay has Bohning blazer jigs for $35 shipped.

They have this stupid shrink wrap on them that's supposed to make them look good but it's pretty fragile. Once the wrap comes off I would leave it off and re fletch.
