I shot these sabots the other day. They are the hollow point without the plastic tip. At 50 yards, I was 2" high. At 150 yds I hit in the black four shots in a row.
I was shooting my White Bison Series Muzzleloader with 100 grains of Pyrodex P.
The four shots were shot out of the back of the truck with wind shaking the truck. I only had a thin jacket to brace on the side of the truck. Needless to say, these weren't perfect conditions.
So all in all, I was pleased to shoot that well at 150 yards.
What do you guys think?
Would the plastic tips give me better accuracy?

About what you'd expect good bullet by the way it has dispatched a couple of deer for me,the polymer tip would raise the Ballistic coeefecient some but not much as the slug is short and fat.
