Bass Tracker Aerator Issue.

I have an issue with my Bass Tracker Aerators and I am looking for some expertise. I changed from a 12V to a 24V trolling motor. The next time I used my boat neither live well aerator pump will come on. Both fuses are blown. I changed the fuses and they blew again when I turned on the aerators. The only thing connected to the two trolling motor batteries is the trolling motor. Any ideas what might be causing my problem? Thanks for any advise.

If I'm understanding correctly the aerators are not connected in any way to the trolling motor battery? I think that the simplest test to get a clue is to disconnect the trolling motor and then try the aerators. Whether or not they work will help you tell where the problem is. If they still don't work then the problem is not associated with the trolling motor battery. If they do work, then there is something in common between the two. Figuring out what it is may take a little head scratching.
