just got home from Edisto,s.c.. filled our guts on some fabulous food. cooked mostly at the condo. bought fresh grouper and had fish tacos with baja slaw, fried a ton of shrimp, fresh crowder peas with smoked pork knuckles and a buttload of crabs. brought home few pounds pounds of jumbo shrimp and made 1 of my favorites tonight. shrimp with creamy, cheesy grits topped with bentons bacon :drool:
