Best combo of turkey choke and shells for moss. 500 12ga.

I just bought a mossberg 500 12 gauge flex for the upcoming spring turkey season. I'm wondering what the best choke and what are the best turkey shells to use with this gun?

I would go with a Carlson longbeard choke and shoot the Winchester longbeard shells. Deadly combo.
