I have several bass pro gift cards that I got for christmas. I want to get some boots specifically for turkey hunting. I've used a pair of lacross rubber boots for years, but they have about had it. Just wondering if any of you on here have a boot you really like for chasing turkeys. Thanks.

I love my LaCrosse Grange uninsulated. Best $60 I ever spent. They aren't snake boots though.

x2

if you are a runner and get into some thick stuff they are hard to beat. I am a muck fan but just cant use them in the spring, they only last 2 years when i do.

I have a pair of Lacrosse Alpha Burly Sports that I wear. Got an older pair of Rocky snake boots that I don't use anymore because they're a little tight on my feet and hard to get off. It seems like they may have leaked a bit but can't swear to it because it's been a couple of years since I've worn them. Size 11 if anybody wants to try them. You can have them. Otherwise they're going to Goodwill.

Well I went to bass pro this weekend and tried on just about every snake boot they have. I have to say the Danners are by far the nicest ones they had in stock and will probably be what I end up buying. Does anyone own a pair of Danner snake boots? Have they held up well for you? I talked to bigasports and he loves his Danners. Seems like everyone who has a pair loves em.

Danner . very durable and had lasted for me 4 years now and are not even half worn , i use them year round not just for hunting ; hiking and camping sometimes as well.

I've previously worn out a pair of Rocky's best snake boots, as well as two pair of Cabela's Pinnacles ---- no complaints on those.

But a couple years ago, bought a pair of Irish Setter snake boots that are the lightest and most comfortable I've ever had. I've mainly reserved them for turkey hunting, and they're still almost like new. But hearing they were no longer making them, recently purchased another new identical pair ---- so guess am set for a while on turkey hunting boots.
