Before i dropped down to 50 lbs, i killed a bunch with em and always had pass thrus and heavy blood trailsThis is my first time with the Killzone, they sure look deadly!
They are what I started with. Killed atleast 5 deer with them.Hard to beat a muzzy . Simple and can be bought for nothing…..even at walmart now
Stingers are about as good as you can get.Magnus Stinger 100's or Magnus Black Horner Serrazor 100's. Love them both. American made company, reasonable price, fly very well, and lifetime warranty. Hard to beat and see no need to switch.
LOL wanna know how I know you are old??????????? This is how! First deer I ever killed I used those back in about 1982 or so. I used them until I switched to Thunderheads years later and I never looked back. They shot ok, killed ok, but if you shot at anything other than a target, your broadhead was ruined. I think the main ferrule was made out of silly putty or something, it was that soft!I like the Savora Swept Wing, still have some in the package.
Anyone ever see or use WASP six blades? Those are what I started with years ago.
If you think you are telling me something I haven't figured out about my age, you are wrong, I know I am old. The main ferrule was made of aluminum. A couple of strokes with a file would make them serviceable again if just the tip was damaged. They were very accurate, and the blades were easily replaced. They weren't cheap, but not as expensive as thunderheads. They worked well way back when and they still would work well today!LOL wanna know how I know you are old??????????? This is how! I tried them, didn't care for the fluttering sound they made, if you took out every other blade they shot really well!Anyone ever see or use WASP six blades? Those are what I started with years ago.
