That's for WMAs. I've taken a chainsaw on tva and used it. Of course, it was in our family cemetery that's located there. But no one even questioned what I was doing.

Every single person in America has cut a branch a time or two on public land. Except me, of course. I totally don't have a small folding saw in my vest that I'd use to cut branches off a tree I want to go up with my climber. Never.

Plus that says you can't damage trees. I would argue that trimming a few branches is quite a far cry from "damaging" a tree.

The grass, trees, animals and insects are destined for annihilation. As for sin, yes, all sins are equal. But all laws written by man are not equal.....otherwise you speeding to the office this morning would have you serving life.

It would not damage at all ..especially in the fall .
