…but it sure comes in handy on private!!
Wait, you can't clear firing lanes on public?
That's for WMAs. I've taken a chainsaw on tva and used it. Of course, it was in our family cemetery that's located there. But no one even questioned what I was doing.Y'all read to much fine print and it limits you to how you hunt.
You mean following the rules?Y'all read to much fine print and it limits you to how you hunt.
No matter how small or insignificant or stupid it seems to you , its still illegal, just as illegal as anything else.Oh its just this or just that, nope its just illegal! Its not about how big or small or smart or stupid a law is ,its still a law.I mean let's be honest......if cutting a small limb off of a tree is damaging to it.....you walking through the woods is killing the complete infrastructure of the world. The grass, trees, animals and insects are destined for annihilation. As for sin, yes, all sins are equal. But all laws written by man are not equal.....otherwise you speeding to the office this morning would have you serving life.
It would not damage at all ..especially in the fall .Every single person in America has cut a branch a time or two on public land. Except me, of course. I totally don't have a small folding saw in my vest that I'd use to cut branches off a tree I want to go up with my climber. Never.
Plus that says you can't damage trees. I would argue that trimming a few branches is quite a far cry from "damaging" a tree.
