Great buck!! Cool video!!

Not to side track op but I remember last year or the year before there was a post about bucks that are missing hair or have a bare patch between shoulder blades and several said they had never seen that before...the buck in the video appears to have a couple of bare patches developing....I've seen this before on multiple occasions and its normally on bucks that have tall, nice antlers.

I see it a lot on my Ohio bucks. I'm pretty certain it's their tines rubbing as they tilt their heads up while hitting scrapes.
 
These deer have great growth for their age. We have a lot of great up-and-comers as 2.5's and 3.5's. Our 4.5's are under performers (110-115 inch deer). However, they will be targets this year. Plus, hopefully, we'll have some new ones pop in as bonuses.

I've noticed younger bucks with larger than normal antlers for their age. Older bucks are on par and some as you say are underperformers.
