Looks great. How did it work out on the dinner table?

It was enough for 4 adults and 1 kid with enough left over for my lunch a day later. ...so 6 big servings. The end pieces (maybe 1/4 inch on each end) were inedible but that crispy crust makes the sliced steaks great.
