Great buck! Love it when they carry mass like that. Congratulations.
Cant say for sure but you may be right because he was run down from chasing the girls. Thin hind quarters and you could feel the tips of his vertebrae when running your hand down his back...he had lost some weight for sure.Congrats!
Surprised he hadn't broken off a beam down low by now. Prob a lover and not a fighter
Congratulations on a stud of a buck brother. After 14 all day hunts and 2 half day hunts it finally came together last Saturday with 45 minutes of legal shooting light left. Main frame 8pt with busted brow tine, solid mass, saw him tending a doe around noon and couldnt connect. Relocated that afternoon and it worked out. From trail cam history we believe hes 4½ year old minimum. Thankful for another beautiful day in creation. Truly blessed by the Lord to be able to hunt these deer.

Thanks brother, really appreciate it. Got some hours in that one. Some years things just click and some years its a grind. After getting him hung up in the barn Saturday night I told my wife that I was ready to get back on a normal eating and sleeping routine.Congratulations on a stud of a buck brother.
