Wish fished off the docks at our condo last night and caught several different kinds of fish, someone want to tell me they are, unfortunately we lost the biggest ones, might wife had a a fish slam her spoon and take off stripping drag but immediately bite through the line and I hooked what felt like a boat, it just slowly moved off taking drag until my hook bent out.

First and second fish are Mangrove Snappers. Good eating but there is a size limit. Not sure were you are fishing so I don't know what the regulations are for you.

Third picture is a pinfish. Be careful with it. The name comes from the dorsal fin. Those things are like needles. Typically used for bait.

Fourth picture is a ladyfish or sometimes called a skipjack. Great cut bait for redfish.

Fifth picture is another pinfish.

Last picture I believe is a grunt. Not positive on that one.

We call the mangroves grey snappers. 12", 5 fish limit in fla. great eating. Stay away from the teeth. They will bite the fire out of you and not let go. Haha
