Reaching back into the grandma cooking files tonight with salmon patties, peas and carrots, mashed potatoes, and a salad with enough wonton strips to make it tolerable.

Salmon (mackerel for us poor folks) patties for breakfast smothered in milk gravey and a frozen tallboy mug of milk!!!!!!

Looks good. Ive grown to love salmon over the years.
I haven't had a salmon patty since I was a kid. Love those
Salmon patties are a staple at our house. I'll pass on the peas and carrots though
I loved them too, but fresh crappie filets have replaced them. Much better

No doubt crappie is tough to beat...but I love it all!!
We have salmon patties and biscuits and gravy with real mashed potatoes at least once every two weeks
