I can't play golf worth a fart, and apparently I can't catch bass worth a fart! :bash: He hit a Senko as soon as the worm hit the water and nearly jerked the rod out of my hands!

Don't feel bad man.
Caught about a 12 pound channel out of Garrett Lake last year.
I was throwing a Texas rigged 8" pumpkinseed lizard with a chart tail. ;)

The two biggerst fish I caught last year were drum, on crank baits at Percy. :roll:
 
I had one absolutely crush a spinnerbait while I was fishing shoals on the French Broad. It went barreling down river peeling drag and I knew it was a giant brown fish...right until it quit pulling and started doing the catfish roll. It was around 12 pounds or so.

last summer wife was fixing a backlash, so her spinnerbait was on the bottom. she got fixed and started reeling line back in, there was a 9lb. drum on the end of it :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: it was great :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
