Gag on a mouth call

Boys, I appreciate the recommendations but I gag on chewing gum once it loses it's flavor. I think I'm a hopeless case

I use them and slate calls most of the time.

When I first started using mouth calls, I had to trim some of the tape off the back of the call to get a better fit.

But, you just may not be able to use one.

BTW, I can purr, OK, every now and then; but I don't trust it, so I use a pot for that primarily.

The Primos call was called "Sonic Dome" and yes they did help position the call off the roof of your mouth pretty well.
