I highly doubt UT is suddenly going to become a juggernaut offensively after a whole year of mediocre play against statistically mediocre (for the most part) opponents. Especially when considering that the weather will not be conducive to anything but running the ball which Ohio State has done very well against all year. OSU will have to lay a bigger egg than they did against Michigan AND Tennessee is going to have to play better on offense than they have all year. I don't see that happening.
SMU will have a VERY difficult time scoring against the Penn States defense, more so than UT against OSU.
IU has a stout run defense, and has better skill position players than ND, especially at quarterback.
Texas and Clemson is, for me, the toughest to pick. Texas has a very good defense, but again, only against mediocre offenses. Clemson has performed poorly against good defenses, but I think Dabo will have the answers and Sark won't…unless Arch gets plenty of playing time.
