Gobbling in Giles

i saw 5 strutting toms in smith Co on sat....although they were on a farm with chickens and i am pretty sure they were not wild or eastern lol...either way i had a dang good time working on my calls with them

i wish wild ones liked my calls as much as they did because they would gobble at EVERYTHING!!! even my son yelling at them hahahah

Heard turkeys gobbling during muzzleloader and rifle season. Saw two tom's struttin Saturday morning. Turkeyburd sent me a video a month or so ago with a flock of 200+ with four big boys all strutted out. Been seeing and hearing it all year. Nows about the time it starts pumping you up though.

Any of you ever hunt in south alabama?
we always go to Barbour or Coosa county in march and hunt for a week or so before tenn opens.

Saw 52 birds this evening in Knoxville! There was at least 4 toms and 1 was strutting. Watched them for 15min or so and heard 2 gobbles.
