Heard one bird this morning when I went out to feed. Didn't listen long as it was down in the mid twenties according to the truck. First one I've heard this year.
This is south central KY of course.

I heard 3 on roost. Went out to see where they were roosting or get an idea. 21 at my farm this morning

They were tearing it up last Saturday morning on the roost and on the ground. Saw 8 toms, a buncha Jakes and 1,492,930 hens. Still flocked up pretty good.

Pretty good reports. Hoping this warm weather coming up helps move them along.
Only ones I saw yesterday were half flocked? In the same field, not too far but the Toms were together off to one side. This bunch bounces around between a couple big farms so it may be a few days before I get to lay eyes on them again.

This weekend I seen 4 toms courting about 25 hens. They were gobbling real good. Wilson Co

I've been in the woods the last few days doing hack'n squirt and didn't hear any. Saw some, but heard no gobbling yet.

It is illegal to feed any wildlife from March 1- June 1 in KY.
I'm assuming you meant you were feeding turkeys, and that could be a bad assumption. Maybe you are feeding cows I don't know..

I assumed he meant feeding livestock.

I haven't been up to listen but I have 2 cell cams running on opposite sides of property. One has nothing but hens. I've had 17 in one pic. The other has a bachelor group with 4 longbeards and 5 jakes, and another bachelor group with 7 mixed jakes/longbeards. Apparently the boys are staying as far away from the girls as possible.

Bingo. My FIL farms and I tag along and pretend on the weekends. Usually stop on the way out and listen before we get too busy and all the tractors get fired up & makes it impossible to hear anything.

Saw what I think is the same bunch this morning. They were on a neighboring farm and I didn't have any binos with me. Looked to be around 50 total all in one bunch.

Thought I heard one Tom gobble on another spot real early but honestly daylight savings had me all out of sorts so I wasn't there in prime time to listen.

Saw a new bunch this afternoon. 2 Toms hanging around 15 hens.
This was on one of the fields I hunt quite a bit but I hadn't seen them in it in a few weeks now.

Saw one big strutter watching about 30 hens including one smokephase yesterday.

Drove past a pair of gobs this morning and one threw his fan up in the sun and then I swerved out of the ditch
