Called to check on my Primos Truth Cam Ultra 35 t-cam, that I sent off a few weeks ago, this morning. I couldn't find my account in the system online today for some reason, so I called. They have shipped me a new one and it went out Monday. I should have it by weeks end! I have to give high marks for Bushnell Cust Ser. (Primos has been absorbed by Busnell btw) very prompt attn to my issue. They even shipped out my cam after I had failed to include the $10 check for return shipping and handling, which, btw, I will be sending later this afternoon. ;)
 
I had no idea Bushnell had bought out Primos. That should greatly improve the quality of Primos products.
 
Yes. You will now be directed to the Bushnell facility in KS for warranty/repair work on Primos T-Cams. I'm not sure, but this may only include trail cams, and not other Primos items.
 
hard to beat that kinda customer service. I put out a truth cam blackout last week so kinda glad I went primos now
