Called to check on my Primos Truth Cam Ultra 35 t-cam, that I sent off a few weeks ago, this morning. I couldn't find my account in the system online today for some reason, so I called. They have shipped me a new one and it went out Monday. I should have it by weeks end! I have to give high marks for Bushnell Cust Ser. (Primos has been absorbed by Busnell btw) very prompt attn to my issue. They even shipped out my cam after I had failed to include the $10 check for return shipping and handling, which, btw, I will be sending later this afternoon.
