Got a little sad this morning

Went back after 3 weeks of waiting to check my cam. My first pull wielded an awesome 555 pics in a lil over a week. This pull had 13 pics. I was pretty heartbroke. Was hoping to keep my deer in there, but oh well. I did still have my nice big buck in there though. Don't have pics to post at this moment. I just left my card in the cam. Can't wait for opening day!

From 555 to 13, in the same time period? That really sounds like a cam issue. Did you check to make sure it was in working order before you left it the last time?

Yeah. It was working. I always wave in front to make sure it takes a pic before I get my card and after I put a new one in.

Well, that just don't add up....I think you got a problem. Don't know what it is, but if it ain't your camera it sounds like your deer are now acting differently.

Is your cam a white flash, IR or black flash?

My cam is ir. And I know! I can't stop thinking about what may be the problem

my dropoff wasn't that drastic. I had 173 pics in 2 weeks down to 28 pics this last pull. maybe salt use has dropped off?

I had the same issue. I went from about 150 pics on 3 different cameras to 35, 19 and 7. I'm hoping its just temporary with tobacco being harvested just down the road a bit.

Stik that's all I can really think of. Heck I put out about 30 pounds of corn when I first set my cam up. And its Never even Been touched
