Pulled all my traps out today and took the pressure washer to them. Made sure all my DP's worked and then sorted through my foot holds to see what needed repainted. Had 4 that were good to go so decided to put them in the ground. Not getting too crazy with it until after the late mz we have so set these out just in a 50 yards or so radius of each other. I have let this field grow up and cut strips in it for deer and other wildlife to use. I have seen a bobcat every time I've hunted back here this year so I'm hoping I get it pretty quick.

Made 2 dirt hole sets and a walk thru set. I've never put 2 traps on a walk thru but it sounded good in my brain that if they walk in from either side maybe it'll get them. I'll make a drive thru in the morning before work and see if I got anything.

Best stretch I have ever had. That was actually week before last. Traps wer set 3 days. Caught one and a coon. Next day had 3 . Skipped 2 days and caught one. Skipped a day. Then one each of the next 2 days. Total of 7. Last 3 aren't in the pic. I think I have a lot of dumb coyotes!
Great work! What sets and lures did you use? I'm a novice at best and curious what worked for you? I believe I've got a few dumb ones as well. Thanks and happy holidays.

I'm pretty green too. Befriended a fine old fellow on Trapperman that has been invaluable as a mentor. Dirt hole set with predator #1and#2 from Trapshed supply, Dunlaps Location, and Dunlaps Rage as bait. Purple haze & k9 force from trapshed supply and a cavend lure.
