Made a big batch of elk jerky. I really like the Backwoods Original seasoning. I usually use twice their recommended amount of seasoning.

You might want to read a little about cure #1 & 2 before doubling seasonings, you would be better off adding something without cure, it's not something to mess around with to be honest.
 
When I make it I thought I did a lot but you double the amount I make at one time. There looks awesome. I've started using my grill also cause my green egg seems to over cook the ones on the edges of the grill
