The 100 grain SST combo is all I ever shot. Like I said USED be automatic. Shoot go get deer at 20-50 yards. I may experiment with 3 pellets after I figure out the scope.
 
So it went from accurate to all over the place. Check scope mount. Send scope to manufacturer to test it. If all are good, Check the muzzle crown. I had a damaged crown drive me crazy trying to determine what changed.

I will echo the concern over the sst's . always a dead deer, but rarely any sort of blood trail. Small hole going in, and small hole coming out, if they exited. Sure, the insides were jelly but a deer can go a long way with no lungs. I switched to XTP's and am considering the Barnes.
 
I ended up JB welding my scope base to my receiver on my muzzy. Was having issues and scope and rings were always good since I had bought quality. But the dang scope base was still moving even with the screws locktited. Think this was a Jeff Hankins reconemmedation

Holy crap just messed with scope and I am getting a slight wobble on the mount to the gun... I guess it jarred loose. Cant believe this.

I don't understand how it has gotten so off went from automatic shoot and go get buck to all over place. My son shot his first buck with it in 2022 right through the heart. After that I missed one and put it on paper and its 12" high? Dialed it in and when I put it on sled this year was again 9" high? Got it back to zero but then I missed a couple coyotes? Shot paper again and almost on?

Anyways I'm beside myself I'll wait for rifle I guess..

Had the same situation a few years ago. It was the scope. You've got a defective scope on your hands. Almost guarantee it. Replace the scope and you'll be off to the races. 👍👍
