Maybe V. Tech and Mich. St.

This isn't what I'm hearing from Vols and Gator fans. They are all marveling at the MAC and WAC (?) powers they beat yesterday.

Ohio State has an easier schedule than any team in the SEC.

Not OSU's fault that other than MSU, maybe Minnesota, Wisky after a rebuild, and even hopefully eventually ttun, have their football act together. Kudos to Northwestern. Penn State was an embarrassment as was Nebraska in a way. Just like OSU, $EC schools schedule one good team, but rarely do $EC schools play a home and home against that good team (but the Vols do and deserve credit for that). How about Bama playing Wisky at a neutral site like Soldier Field Chicago? Never happens. With the notable exception of UT, $EC schools rarely play that good team outside of the south. After that good game, OSU and the $EC schools feast on the cupcakes and then play their conference schedule (but don't forget $EC chicken$/&@ Saturday when OSU plays MSU but $EC schools play one more cupcake before their end of the season rivalry game the following Saturday).

OSU has no choice with the schedule once conference season begin.

Not to mention Bama, Ole Miss, LSU, Ark., Georgia, Mizz., and each other.... :)

Ohio st. schedule is a joke

Just like TCU and Baylors.

Maybe TCU will beat powerhouse Stephan F. Austin, Down next week to make up for there struggles, and 6pt win over Minnesota :tu:

Im all giddy thinking about Ohio St. Playing Virginia Tech , Hawaii, Northern Illinois, Western Michigan, Indiana , Maryland, Penn State, Rutgers, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan State, and Michigan.

Some barn burners... :)

Vandy could have a winning record with that schedule :rotf:

With their schedule, tOSU seems to be in a good position to win the Big 10+4=14. If they get to the playoff I wouldn't be surprised to see them repeat as champs. It pains me to say that because I like the Buckeye fanbase about as much as I like the Alabama fanbase. However, I think Urban is the best college coach in the country and on paper I think his roster is probably as good or better than any SEC team.

On a related note, I'm looking forward to seeing the SEC start losing some games.

Took the words right outta my fingers. Idk, I do expect vandy to play well against a lot of teams, just don't expect them to win many. Something vandy needs to learn is that you have to score points to win, not just be in the game.

Are yall really claiming Bowling Green is a good team? They lost to Ball State, Toledo, Northern Illinois, W Kentucky and W Michigan last year. ...and TN will face at least 5 better QB's this season.

You know nothing about college football,Tennessee has played the best QB they will face.If you knew anything,I said Bowling Green won 8 games last year and are picked to win the MAC.The only QB in the SEC that's as good as Bowling Greens QB is Josh Dobbs and Dak Prescott

I'm not sure that Virginia Tech is that stout of a team but we will see tommorow night.I agree with others,Ohio State plays one of the weakest schedules in a very weak conference.Bowling Green would clean the clock with most of the Big Ten with the exception of the Spartans and the Buckeyes :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

Wrangler, bowling green got beat by western by like 40 last year. That qb is decent, but the vols WILL face better qbs.

I believe UT's "D" isn't that good and made him a good QB..... :tu: BG had 557 yards offense... Really

The pass defense was horrible. As bad as the D was,the O looked very impressive as it should against BG. UT had two TD's called back so it should have been 73 points put up. I hope they can get the secondary issues resolved this week but i dont see how in one week.

A little disappointed in secondary, but those receivers and qb were 4 and 5 star transfers. If we get those guys on track we should be fine, that is supposed to be our strength of the team
