I always hear this and it is asinine. If we were talking about golf or singles tennis, then yes. But in football it takes a team. The quarterback doesn't win or lose the game by himself.

I think that Tee Martin would be a good hire. He did for UT what Peyton could never do: win the big game. He is a rah-rah guy with a lot of drive and offensive experience, and a UT guy at heart, but UT has not always reciprocated in it's admiration for him

LOL, good one! He has all of the qualities of what you are looking for in an OC, except he has never been an OC, much less experience in a spread-type offense !

I don't like the sound of that, this sounds like debord is the man. He is probably waiting till after signing day to limit damage, uproar from this. if this is the hire, it might be his downfall.
