I am running 2 transducers on my 8612. I was running 2 LVS 34's but just switched one of the 34's out for an XR 62. New transducer and new GLX 10 box. I'm getting a "source not found" message for the new 62. I have plenty of voltage to the box and the unit. Any ideas?

The only time I've seen "source not found" it was either:
A bad connection (I guess). I unplugged the cables and reconnected.
Or:
My unit changed to another transducer that didn't exist. I had to go into the menu and select the correct one.
I'm sure you've already checked those two things so I will defer to @bluball

Did some reading and believe I have to reset the unit. What I found said the unit is looking for the old box and not recognizing the new. I'll try it later

put it in simulator mode, then back out and reboot. it should reset the station layout and pick up the new gls10. you can also do in manually in settings.

also you need a common ground (same battery) between the mdf and the gls10. that can cause all sorts of problems.
This right here. When I first hooked mine up, I was going to make sure if it worked. My unit was hooked to a battery in the back of the boat. I hooked the power of the GLS10 to a little 54 Ah lithium I had and it would give the same error you are getting. I called Garmin and that's the first thing they said to check...the common ground. I hooked both to the same battery and problem solved.

yeah they are running ground and power thru the ethernet connection between the gls10 and the mdf for some reason. lol, i believe you can actually power up the mdf with the power lead disconnected to the mdf. but i wouldnt try it.
