According to Josh Ward, a midday host on the station, Williams was asked to leave after he was caught smoking marijuana by the Auburn staff. Justin Hokanson of 247Sports.com also reported that Williams was a distraction and was disruptive during meetings but didn't show up in Tennessee gear. The hotel room incident was the last straw, according to Hokanson."

A five star recruit that is committed to another school in their confrence and the just told him to leave?


Is weed legal in Alabama? I didnt think so. So if he was in possession of marijuana on a college campus he was doing something illegal and they just sent him home early?


Either they didnt want the extra attention on themselves by calling the cops, or its a BS story.

I've read both story's from more then a couple reports so something is fishy about it. I'm gonna guess some AU players got mad and made up the weed story, if he was really walking around smoking weed at there school the cops would have been involved just a guess:/ or he was smoking weed with some AU players I'm sure he was not setting in a room alone if the weed part is even true and they didn't want to get there own team in trouble either way its fishy.

At least he was not red handed caught by a cop with it in his car or anything with out license oke: Then maybe folks would believe it.

Comes out 2 days later after they asked him to leave because he was TN from head to foot and was recruiting. Maybe a slander suit in order. This is legal in Gainesville anyway,as long as you drive without a license and speed thru stop signs.
