lowering draw weight??????

I have a parker blackhawk xp, and I am in the off season starting to shoot some for fun. I was thinking about lowering my poundage some. Will this effect my accuracy? will this effect my sight settings? I would like to know before I go into trial and error..LOL. PLUS i have always wondered.

No it shouldnt change accuracy.Just remember.Take out one turn on top,take out one turn om bottom.This should keep your bow in tune.Yes this will effect your sights but shouldnt be much,if your just lowering 5-6 lbs.
