Hey guys. Anybody doing any out of state hunting this year? Also, where is everyone located?? Would be cool to get up some hunts in new parts of the state. I think we might also try a Missouri turkey adventure this year.

I know exactly what ya mean on those North Gibson WMA birds! While I was in college, we hunted down in Sidonia @ Beech Ridge WMA. Always heard birds, but generally only saw other hunters. Needless to say, it didn't take too many trips till I got my fill of that and was looking for private land!

Lincoln County for me will some farms around here. I may try the Sam R. Murphy WMA in Alabama the season opens March 15

Rutherford county here! Have a small lease in henderson...First year lease so i have no idea how the turkey hunting will be. Maybe get to hunt with my uncle in west tn too. Probably try some WMAs in rutherford co too

I used to hunt AL really hard, havn't in a couple years but I'm fired up to kill some this year and might sneak off to get started early. AEDC and my small lease in Bedford will suffice for me.

Spur, I got to hunt Bedford/Marshall county area one weekend with some buddies from college. LOADED with birds!! I just couldn't get over it! Made my best spots look bleak at best! haha

I'll be heading to Florida in a few weeks! May also head west and try to finish my slam with a Merriam. In TN, I hunt Humphreys and Stewart county most of the time. It's possible I'll have some ground to hunt in Hardin county, but I haven't called yet.

I do believe my brother landed 200+ acres in Olive Hill to hunt supposed to put boots on the ground there Saturday and run those ridges and hollers IM EXCITED

Just dropping in and saying hi.

Pulled a card yesterday and had this on theremade me chuckle. Keep preppin guys! Only a few more weeks

That's awesome, man. Was it on the spot in Olive Hill you were talking about? I haven't been out to listen any yet, been making myself wait. lol

No this spot is in Jackson....havent made it out to that olive hill spot yet....actually its in wayne co.....on hardin co line.....i know theres a creek called eagle creek borders the north side

Well you should have no problem getting on a bird there, my friend. When you cross the Wayne Co line on Hwy 64 they start getting THICK!
