Went and listened this morning and heard some promise. Will depend on what I can roost Friday evening as to where I'm headed. Not putting much confidence in Saturday morning's response tho!

With the forecast Saturday, I might sit it out. I HATE deer hunting turkeys, and I count sitting in a blind in the rain just that. My birds are there, ten different longboards on camera, they ain't going anywhere but the truck!

Got out Sunday and all my birds had moved, it was WEIRD! Finally got one rolling at 9:30, gobbled and came in great but stayed just over the crest I was under for over an hour. Heartbreaking to have a bird under 100 yards and cant see him for that long, he eventually shut up and left. One of the most insane hunts Ive ever had happen.
Y'all got another on the board but I won't say who......
