Mathews broke tonight. Have pics, need info

Call Mathews yourself and talk to a warranty tech ,explain to him what happened ad I will guarantee you that they will warranty it. I had a simialar thing happen to me and all that Mathews said was glad your ok and thanks for shooting a Mathews the parts are on the way free of charge. Good Luck
 
Should have it in a couple of days. Mathews covered the cam, the string, and the bearing in the idler that was out of whack too. Sounds like good support from a good company.

I'm glad they are taking care of it for you! I thought that is what they might do, but what else can you expect from a great company that understands that without great customer care they are nothing. Did they come to conclusion as to exactly what happened?

Still not sure- string could have jumped off the cam and the string leech did the bad damage, or the damage was there and broke the string.

Mathews covered the cam, string, and idler. Jeremy at Archery Den only charged 35 dollars or so for the labor, d-loop, peep, etc. Shooting great, although I was a bit gunshy on that first shot.
