Father in law dropped daughters first deer to them 2+ years ago. Look at their Facebook. People can't get their deer back. All a good reminder to go with who you know and trust. Does the state over see and regulate this or a worthless cause to try and contact them?

Small claims court would be an option, maybe, but then again you'd have to provide a contract and deal with attorneys and court.

I'd try your local game warden, they might be able to assist if you want your antlers and cape back.

Of course, I'd just call and ask what's up. At this point I'm not sure the quality would be any good, the reputation is tarnished, so I'd take a loss and get the antlers and cape back and take it elsewhere.
