This is the video of one of the guys I trained with. I just talked to him at the gym tonight and he told me he put this video of his fight on youtube a while back.....Pretty Cool! It kinda makes me want to get back into it, but I don't miss the soreness the days after classes...LOL

He lives in Murfreesboro, but he's from Winchester. He started training back last November when I did....Except he hung in there.. LOL. Last November he weighed 230lbs! He's down to 165 now and is trying to get down to 155 for the next fight coming up Nov 7th here in Winchester. We have 5 guys that are supposed to fight in this one coming up. I can't wait!
