So here is how it all ended up.

SBE3 20 gauge with a 24" barrel. Factory dipped and cerekoted.

Added items
Taren trigger and hammer spring
Wolf extra power recoil spring
Sumtoy optic mount
Burris FF4
Indian creek 562 (also shot a carlsons 580 and pattern master anaconda 570)
Grumpy duck bolt handle
Benelli extended cheek riser (their between stock and high risers)

Overall I really like this gun. The fit is excellent, the finish and look is excellent, and it shoots really well!

Last pattern results. It's in the 265 range on the 10". Could get tighter but that's kinda the patten I'm looking for. Weirdly enough this is my first gun that shot BETTER on a dirty barrel vs a clean one. After a shot or 2 the pattern really smoothed out and even got more consistent

I don't know about the sbe3 but I modified my speed bead mount to fit my new style m2 compact that it wasn't supposed to fit. I know you normally run the speed bead.
Mine is off getting dipped in og bottomland I should get it back next week. Only choke I have for it is the ic 555 hope it shoots close to yours and I'll be happy. I may upgrade the bolt handle and trigger after season
