The kid has already found a rat terrier. I'm checking with some other people. Someone needs this dog!

Hopefully someone takes you up on this offer. Algae in the water, feed on the bare dirt and chained collar. Maybe I'm wrong but seems like that dog needs a new home

That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw the picture. Looks like he or either dogs in the past have been chained to the tree for a while.
