Vols O line was getting better as season went along, I believe all returning but 1, should be improved

Obviously u now NOTHING about football.... The line didn't get better at all. Dobbs took the pressure off of them by being able to escape pressure and sacks. Worley couldn't run so the line let him get killed!!!!! But that all falls on Butch for not using Dobbs instead of trying to waste a redshirt. So the stats shows less sacks because of Dobbs mobility. hahahahaha had NOTHING to do with getting better. Nice try though. :moon:

No I am fine. U are the one said TN Oline got better as the year went on. I just taught u a lesson in football 101 that they are still the same. Yes UF is really thin on the oline but I am not blind to that. We had 5 during the off season that ended their career. Sad it happened to them but its the truth. Had 3 go to the league early (TN didn't have that problem) and a few graduate. So yes we are thin at the oline. Maybe our line will improve like Tn did thoughout the year when we roll out and qb runs. :rotf: :stir:

typically pocket passers take less sacks than scrambler. Peyton Manning and Dan Marino hardly ever got sacked. Michael vick and randall Cunningham avg the most per game played. They just have to know when to throw it away.

If a QB gets sacked on a scramble play it isn't a sack it is a tackle.

I'm sure you can tell, him and his partner both recognize this but they are trying to find any hope they can. Its showing that the only thing the have to hold onto anymore is the past. Really nothing to look forward to with Ron White as their coach and his incoming stable of 3 stars. Add in the begging for walk on linemen and everybody sees that they are in a downward spiral.................... :rotf:

Well they do have their JUCO O-Lineman( Autry) and that star O-Lineman from division 2 Fordeham. Thats a great nucleus.
