Nico time!

Nico played well and thought overall it was a good way to end the season and kick off the next. Defense looked good too. I know Iowa's offense averaged 16.6 points per game but shutting them out was good to see. Wasn't sure what to expect but I'll take it. GBO!!!

Nico played extremely well for his first start. If one just looks at his stat lines, it's not that impressive. There was a lot of drops affecting his overall stat lines.

His throws were good but overall I was more impressed with his game awareness. Scrambled when needed. Going through progressions well. Oline didn't do him any favors all day.

I'd easily give him an A for his performance

I was most impressed with decision making. Not many bad decisions for his first start. I also liked how fast we played with him. That was encouraging to see. He's an athlete for sure

He couldn't beat out coop for the starting spot at UT even if he wanted. After watching the playoff game I'm gonna guess someone ask him to make the switch to guard lol
