Hope everyone had a great opening weekend.
Ours was about what we expected. Lots of woodies and a mixed bag of gadwal, pintail, teal, mallards, and even a spoonie.

Deer hunted yesterday and our spot killed 5
2 of us went this morning and scratched out 1 widgeon.

Decent action Saturday. Really slowed down in our area Sunday. Of course the opener was a sh!t show got in a little late, motion wasn't working right at first shooting was dismal at best.. Typical

Not much to speak of on the lower end of OH. Didn't see a single wood duck! Mostly just jacks buzzing out of range and gadwall doing their usual gadwall shuffle.

Seems like most days if they don't commit on the first pass, you might as well give up on them and just let them do their thing.
