Nope,have 2 and have owned them for a couple yrs.I did awaybwith the straps on mine though.

I did away with the straps on mine though.

I currently have 3 of these (plus some more on deer stands) and am thinking about restoring & "updating" my old "Reelfoot Lake" boat with a couple.
The are the ULTIMATE in comfort.

But I thought the straps were what prevented the back from just going on over?
