Opener tomorrow

Got to where I was going this morning and there was 50+ cars in the parking area. Why would the state allow an ultra marathon to be scheduled in a state forest on turkey opener?

I spotted one this morning on the roost at about 175-200 yards away. I sneaked in and set up. Called a little on my copper pot and shut up. He never gobbled on the roost but, gobbled 3 or 4 times on the ground. I watched him from about 90 yards strutting. I called a little to him but, he had somewhere he needed to be.

I recognize that. We used to ride there but the last time we went it had been closed because too many dummies rode where they shouldn't and destroyed lots of stuff.
