I went to Academy to buy 3 optima batteries.
The first one I went to pick up looked like this.
I bought 3 exides instead.

Same here had a red top that didnt last very long. Buddy quit using them in race cars too. Way to many dying early for his liking.

No! I've had six of them before I learned. Mexico POS. Do not buy!

I've had bad luck with them as well. The first few I ran were made here in the states. The last pair were made elsewhere and they didn't compare at all.
