Any of you use them? Have a small lake near me and some bigger ponds I have access to. Normally if fish with someone else we drag out the 2 man boat and batttery and haul everything. I was thinking about a pedal kayak to just fish myself. Can you get shallow with them? Are they pretty easy to use? Also any cheaper ones that are worth a flip

I don't have one but I fish with a buddy that does. I am a VERY proficient paddler, I've paddled most of my life including extreme whitewater for years. I'm saying that to say, I can't come close to keeping up with him, that thing will flat out MOVE! His is an Old Town Sportsman (I'm pretty sure) and yes, it'll run pretty shallow but he can also pull up the prop and paddle if need be. I would buy the best boat I could afford. When it comes to kayaks, you definitely get what you pay for and comfort and performance usually isn't cheap.

I got a Native Slayer 10 ( peddle drive) with a Malone trailer.

Works great down here.
I wish I was shorter……
